We offer free local pick up from our warehouse in Morisset, NSW.

  • Select "Local Pick Up" at checkout

  • We’ll contact you via email to arrange a convenient collection time

Domestic Shipping – Australia Only

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD for:

  • Small decor items

  • Soft furnishings

Excludes large, heavy, or bulky items – see below.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders $249.99 AUD or less will be charged a flat rate of $10 AUD for shipping.

Bulky, Heavy or Oversized Items

Larger or heavier items such as:

  • Furniture
  • Rugs
  • Artworks

  • Large home decor pieces

...require a custom shipping quote.

Please contact us before purchasing these items, and we’ll provide a tailored shipping cost based on your location.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup

Lost or Damaged Items

Fredericke & Coe is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been dispatched.
We carefully package all items to minimise risk, but once in transit, the responsibility lies with the courier.

Fredericke & Coe is not responsible for mail theft if your order is successfully delivered to your property.

We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance if you are concerned about delivery safety.
