WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT FREDERICKE & COE?
FREDERICKE & COE ONLY STOCKS ONE OF A KIND PIECES, PAIRS (2) OR SETS (3). When you see an item listed online, you can be assured it is the only one in stock. So when you purchase that item, you know you are the only person who has that particular piece...AND THAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL!
DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
Fredericke & Coe is an online ecommerce store at the present time.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Fredericke & Coe is based in Morisset, NSW, Australia.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Orders will typically ship within 3-5 business days during non peak times/seasons. In peak season sales times (December through to end of January) please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes. Click & Collect is available and orders can be collected from our Morisset warehouse.
AN ITEM I WANTED TO PURCHASE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ARE YOU ABLE TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE FOR ME?
Fredericke & Coe only stocks one off pieces, pairs or sets. In some instances it is possible that an item you have seen listed on the website is no longer available because it has been sold. If you missed out on purchasing that particular piece and you would like me to order another for you, please email me at info@frederickeandcoe.com with the name or description of the item. It is possible that I may be able to order that item in for you. Please note that all items are hand made, the item you wish to order will not be identical in appearance to the piece which was previously listed and there will be slight variances in colour, design and size. Lead times will vary depending on the item ordered and the availability of the artisan.
CAN YOU SOURCE AN ITEM FOR ME?
At present, I source from Indonesia. If you provide images of the item/s you wish to order, I will source the item, obtain a price and provide an approximate timeline for shipping (shipping time is a guide only). If you agree to purchase the item/s, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance payable prior to delivery/pick up. For further details please contact info@frederickeandcoe.com
CAN I LAY-BY AN ITEM?
Yes you can. If you would like to lay-by an item, please enter the code LAYBY2025 at the checkout. This will enable you to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit required to hold your lay-by item. If you wish to lay-by and pick up your item, please advise PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER by emailing info@frederickeandcoe.com and the shipping cost will be removed prior to you purchasing. Your lay-by will be held for 8 weeks only from the initial date of payment. You can make payments for as much or as little as you like. For further details please email info@frederickeandcoe.com.
